How to get a custom cursor in two clicks

Add Cursor Style to Chrome from the Web Store (one click, free).

Open any collection here - anime, games, memes, animals, celebrities - and pick a cursor.

Press Apply. The cursor changes on every page you open, and you can switch to another one or add a trail effect any time.
One honest note: if your school's administrator has turned off Chrome extensions entirely, no website can give you a custom cursor - the browser simply will not allow it. In every other case Cursor Style works without anything to download.
