Pick a cursor from any collection, or search by name.

Press Apply. Change it again whenever you like - nothing to uninstall or clean up.
Because the cursor is applied by the browser extension, it only shows inside Chrome. If you need a custom cursor for the desktop itself, that still requires a system cursor file; for everything you do in the browser, this is the simplest way.
