The General Dog design keeps these recognizable Boom Slingers features: square tan dog face, dark floppy ears, large eyes and dotted muzzle. This newly drawn interpretation pairs the game character with a separate whistle for ordinary navigation. The accessory is a small polished brass dog-training whistle, narrow mouthpiece upper left and rounded body lower right. Its natural shape gives the main cursor a clear active end, while the character appears when hovering over links. The two illustrations form an original thematic pairing; the accessory is not presented as exclusive equipment or a canonical possession of this character.
